When it comes to fitness and promoting healthy routine in daily life, asanas are very important to stay fit and also in toning the over all body. Some of the asanas I do on a regular basis are:
First one is Vrikshasana(Tree pose) – It helps to balance your mind & body. It makes your legs stronger & also great hip opener.

2nd one is Naukasana (boat pose) – This pose burns the stubborn fat around the belly. It is a great practice for back muscles too.

Third one is Utkatasana(chair pose) : it strengthens calves, back and hip flexors,
