• Wash 3tsp oats +1tsp flax seed with plain water and keep them aside (Recipe for one person)

• Add 2 de seeded khejur+1 full banana slice +2 soaked almond & walnut + some apple pieces

• Grind all together with 1 cup of normal milk.

• Lastly add 1tsp of soaked chia seeds.

• Sip now. 👍👍

Quick and tasty recipe of home-made brownie 🥮  🥧

1. Add 4 table spoons(tbs) of condensed milk & equal amount of sugar mix well.
2.  Melt 100g of chocolate chips & 100g butter together in another bowl.
3. Sieve 150 g of Maida(White Flour) & 1tsp baking powder, salt, 1/4th baking soda, 2 tbs coco powder together.
4.  Mix all with little amount of warm milk and add dry fruit pieces especially walnuts and almonds
5.  Bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes. Increase the time incase you feel you need to bake more.
6.  Decorate Brownie with chocolate chips & dry fruits.
7. Try it 😘, it’s really tasty, have it with scoop of ice-cream. 🧁

Try this recipe / paste with hot rice. Simple but awesome taste 😋

• Take 2- 3 medium size beet root.
• After removing the skin, Cut into small pieces.
• Boil them in pressure cooker with 3-4 whistles.
• Then in mixer/grinder, first dry grind 2 tsp of posto/ khaskhas/poppy seeds + 1 tsp mustard seeds with a little salt.
• Then along with the boiled beet root pieces add 2/3 green chilies, 2-3 skinned garlic cloves – grind all together in the mixer.
• After that, in Karai/ large frying pan, toss the paste with little mustard oil and Season with salt to taste.
• Serve this paste with mustard oil and green chilies.
